OUR PROCESS
SITE VISIT & MEASURE
We set-up an appointment to meet when it's convenient for you. We will discuss your vision, ideas and budget. We will take measurements and photos of the existing space to bring back to our in house designers.
INITIAL DESIGN
Our skilled designers work closely with you using 20/20 Design Software to create a unique and beautiful design for your review.
REVIEW & FINALIZE
Upon your review and approval of your design, we will provide you with a detailed scope of work with a formal proposal. Should you need guidance in choosing countertops, hardware, faucets etc, our designers can offer helpful design insight. At this stage we will create a schedule that works with your schedule to ensure a smooth renovation for you.
ORDERING
Once the design is approved, it will be time to order cabinets. Cabinetry can often be the longest lead time in a renovation. Depending on the cabinet manufacturer, general lead time is 3 to 4 weeks. After the cabinet order has been placed we focus on ordering any additional items necessary for the remodel such as counter tops, tile, flooring, lighting, etc.
DEMOLITION
Our skilled and courteous demo crew will remove all old cabinets, countertops, flooring, and appliances. We protect your space by using tarps, zippered plastic partions, floor coverings and blankets. We all know a demolition creates dust, but we do everything we can to keep it to a minimum.
INSTALLATION
Our courteous, skilled installers will be onsite throughout your renovation process. We have a wide variety of technicians, including cabinet installers, tile setters, plumbers, electricians, etc. Your project manager will provide you with daily updates so that you are in the loop with the status of your project.
COMPLETION
Invite friends and family over to enjoy your new space!
